Service scope

Service constraints
The service requires appropriate access to existing systems, environments, credentials, data and applications, along with stakeholder availability for workshops, decision‑making and approvals. Delivery timelines may depend on third‑party providers for handover activities, scheduled maintenance windows and client readiness regarding identity, security and governance configurations. Some activities may require planned downtime or change‑control approval. Migration outcomes may be influenced by the condition of legacy applications; some may require refactoring or replacement to operate effectively in cloud environments. Post‑migration operational support is out of scope unless separately contracted.

Support levels
Clients receive a dedicated Account Manager as their primary contact for all service and support needs. Support is available Monday to Friday during standard UK office hours, with direct email and mobile details provided at project initiation. An escalation route is also supplied to ensure continuity of support whenever the Account Manager is unavailable.

Support requests are logged and triaged immediately, with acknowledgement issued within one hour. The Account Manager coordinates responses across our cloud, migration and engineering teams to ensure issues are directed to the right specialists. Where a request relates to the contracted Cloud Setup and Migration Service, corrective work is delivered at no additional cost. If a request requires activity outside the agreed scope, we confirm any charges in advance before proceeding.

We aim to provide a proposed fix or action plan within 48 hours. More complex issues may require additional investigation, but clients receive regular progress updates until resolution. Our focus is on delivering a responsive, transparent and dependable support experience throughout the engagement.
