Service scope

Service constraints
SDGDS is delivered within the customer’s cloud environment using approved tools, with timely access to data sources, SMEs and technical leads required to progress design and validation activities. Synthetic‑data fidelity depends on the availability, completeness or clarity of source data, specifications or business rules. Third‑party platform limitations, governance restrictions or policy constraints may affect achievable privacy‑utility outcomes. Workload sequencing, regeneration cycles and model‑in‑the‑loop refinement are dependent on customer priorities, change windows and internal approval pathways. SDGDS does not include long‑term managed services or software resale.

How the web chat support is accessible
Webchat Support Delivery

We provide real‑time webchat support through the Microsoft Teams Live Chat widget. This allows users to initiate a chat directly from our website, with messages delivered securely into our Microsoft 365 environment. Our support team receives and responds to all webchat enquiries within Microsoft Teams, ensuring fast, reliable and auditable communication.

How It Works
Website visitors can start a chat via an embedded widget.
Chats are routed to our dedicated support team within Microsoft Teams.
Support agents respond in real‑time from their existing Teams workspace.
All interactions are managed within Microsoft’s secure cloud environment, benefiting from enterprise‑grade security and compliance controls already in place.

Service Hours & SLAs
Webchat is available during our published business support hours. Outside these hours, users are informed of response times and can choose to leave a message for follow‑up via email or ticketing.

Accessibility
The Teams Live Chat widget follows Microsoft’s platform‑wide accessibility approach, supporting screen readers, keyboard navigation, high‑contrast modes, and logical focus order. Microsoft is actively working toward WCAG 2.2 AA alignment across its products. Alternative contact methods (email and online ticketing) are available for users who cannot access live chat.
Web chat accessibility testing
We have carried out internal testing of the webchat experience to ensure it functions reliably within our service environment. This included checks on usability, message delivery, responsiveness and basic accessibility behaviour such as keyboard navigation and contrast visibility.

As the chat widget is a Microsoft product delivered as part of Microsoft Teams, we rely on Microsoft’s extensive accessibility, security and compatibility testing for the underlying component. Microsoft publicly commits to an organisation‑wide programme focused on improving accessibility across Teams and aligning with WCAG standards. As such, while our internal testing validates integration, stability and user experience within our service, the underlying accessibility and technical compliance of the widget itself is supported by Microsoft’s own testing and assurance processes.
Support levels
Standard support is included at no additional cost. Where customers require deeper technical support such as solution configuration, integration assistance, custom troubleshooting or advisory services, this is available on a time‑and‑materials basis and is charged in line with our published day‑rate card. This ensures customers only pay for the specialist support they require. A named technical specialist can be allocated on request
