We provide a full support system for all our clients. We have dedicated emails, an online ticketing system and a telephone helpdesk. Our main office hours are 8.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday however we also have an out of hours telephone number for clients requiring a more flexible service.

We offer work from home options and are rolling out electric vehicles within our company fleet (currently 50%) to reduce the carbon emissions stemming from commuting and in-work travel. Where a company vehicle requires a upgrading or changing, we will look into the possibility of replacing with an electric vehicle.

We are also working with our office landlord to discuss and implement sustainability energy solutions such as solar.

Although we did not directly get hit by covid-19 we supported all our clients and got 2500 users working from home within a very short space of time and opted to not profit from the pandemic and did it all under existing contracts. We are still supporting our clients and ther SME's to bounce back from any set backs they suffered.
