Support is provided as part of an advisory and assurance service and is structured around agreed call-off arrangements rather than tiered operational support levels. Support typically includes scheduled advisory sessions, email and phone support during UK business hours, and follow-up actions aligned to the agreed scope of work.
Costs are defined within the call-off contract and are usually based on time and materials (for example, daily or hourly rates) or fixed-price packages for clearly defined pieces of work. There are no separate charges for different support “tiers”; support is proportionate to the agreed engagement and delivery plan.
A named consultant acts as the primary point of contact for the duration of the engagement, providing continuity and accountability. Where appropriate, this individual fulfils the role of a technical account lead, coordinating delivery and acting as the main interface with the customer. This service does not include a dedicated operational helpdesk, managed service, or 24/7 cloud support engineer unless explicitly agreed as part of a specific call-off.
