Dependant on the source solution the CEyX G Suite technical team will analyse and assess the best method to migrate from source platform to G Suite. This migration tool potentially has an extra cost dependant on the tool best fitted to the migration requirements.
Migration capabilities include:
Email, file formats, calendar appointments, tasks, importance flags room resources, shared calendars and other collaboration tool capabilities.

The migration will then be managed within the same G Suite project team to ensure success.

Project delivery quality assurance:
As the team are delivering within you as a customer you will have a engagement manager who will be a customers point of contact to ensure the project team are working in a high quality standard and are meeting a customers expectation.

Quality assurance of bespoke developments:
The CEyX development team complete peer reviewing when in component testing within a test environment. Once passed a development will then be tested through a regression test cycle lead by a business analyst and/or technical consultant.
The development will then have a user test and confirm the functionality
Once passed this will then be deployed to production within a patch update cycle agreed with the customer.

CEyX offers an ongoing customer success support (CSS) to ensure Google workspace Roadmaps will be managed during the implementation of the solution and also offered to customer post implementation as part of a customer success programme. Which will inform a customers of new releases, features and functionality, service or functionality depreciation, feature requests, customisation and development and increased scope.
