We follow a robust and well-defined process for all projects. At the topmost level, we ensure that all all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are followed consistently (Planning, Requirements, Design, Coding, Testing). This is supported by a well defined Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which factors in sufficient time to complete and review all tasks.
