Fighting climate change

As an organisation, GGP Systems recognises the importance of social value and acknowledges its own responsibilities to this cause. As a supplier of GIS systems and services, we also strive to assist UK local authorities, emergency services and private companies to achieve their social value goals.

GGP Systems wants to create social value more broadly through the economic, environmental, and social impact of our actions. As a well-established company, increasing our social value offering is something we are constantly looking to achieve.

Social value has many different definitions. To us it is the positive impact we have on improving outcomes for people in local communities, through our work with clients and as an employer.

GGP Systems is a national business with people, and clients, based all over the UK. Our physical headquarters is in Croydon although the majority of employees continue to be home-based.

Regarding our responsibility to be an environmentally-friendly company, GGP Systems continues to:

• Be aware of our carbon footprint and look to reduce wherever possible by providing remote services and, where possible, eliminating the need for travel and the provision of on-premise work
• Strive to become a carbon neutral company by encouraging continued homeworking and the use of remote access and online meetings with customers
• Look to source goods and services from ethical, and where possible, local organisations

Equal opportunity

As a company, GGP Systems continues to:

• Offer employment opportunities to people returning to work after an extended break
• Looks to open up our recruitment channels to improve the diversity of our teams
• Work with educational institutions in offering meaningful work placement opportunities

• Running the company in the best interests of all employees now and in the future
• Creating an inclusive work environment for our employees
• Supporting the overall wellbeing and mental health of all our employees
