Managed Service contracts provide a complete proactive service, providing break-fix support, platform management, change requests and 16 hours of experts on demand.

Services can be provided during Standard Business Hours, Extended Business Hours and 24x7x365.

All managed service customers are allocated a Service Assurance Manager and a Technical Account Manager.
