In addition to the acceleration of Cloud implementations, there are more endpoint devices, networking connections and software to secure, all of which greatly increase the workload for security staffs, who have limited or no oversight of how remote workers handle data. This coupled with increased susceptibility to phishing and other social engineering attacks.; SANS training, specifically the Cloud curriculum and security awareness programmes, mitigate against these risks.
