Disklabs provides a comprehensive data recovery service with multi-tier support for public bodies that have experienced severe data loss from their digital equipment, servers, and storage systems. We ensure clients receive rapid, expert assistance whenever issues arise. Support begins with direct telephone advice, where experienced technical specialists offer immediate guidance on incident assessment, safe handling of affected devices, and recommended next steps. This initial remote triage helps minimise further data loss or security risk while enabling swift escalation when required.
For situations demanding hands-on expertise, Disklabs’ NPPV3SC-vetted staff provides on-site support, deploying experienced engineers to assess, collect, or securely process devices onsite. This service is particularly valuable for high-security environments or complex data recovery scenarios involving servers, RAID arrays, or storage systems. All on-site work is performed under strict ISO-certified procedures, ensuring full chain of custody, evidential integrity, and adherence to NCSC requirements where applicable.
Every client is supported by a dedicated Account Manager, providing a single point of contact throughout each project. The Account Manager advises on best practice, coordinates technical activities, communicates progress updates, and ensures all recovery operations meet agreed service levels. This ensures Disklabs delivers responsive, expert, and secure services tailored to client needs.
