- How the planning service works
-
Often investments focus on technologies and software, but data is misunderstood, under-appreciated and underinvested in. As a result, many cloud hosting or software services are at risk of not delivering the benefits buyers expect.
We help buyers understand the value of their data assets so that when they plan and implement cloud hosting or software services, they can focus their investments on the data that creates the most value for their organisation.
By first understanding the value of the data that is to be hosted on cloud services, buyers are able to plan and prioritise implementation around the data that is the most valuable and therefore requires the most attention. This both justifies investment and improves the success of implementation. - Planning service works with specific services

- How the training service works
- We are able to provide face-to-face and virtual training to buyers covering all of the services we provide. Our training content is tailored to the individual buyer’s needs and covers technical data valuation methodologies and the output of our work. This enables the buyer teams we work with to have a solid understanding of the theoretical data valuation concepts, as well as the analysis that is specific to their organisation.

Setup and migration

- How the setup or migration service works
- Buyers often have a significant amount of data that needs to be migrated to the cloud or between cloud services. We help buyers understand what data assets are most valuable so that they can prioritise the migration of high-value data assets. By doing so, buyers can prioritise spending, maximise the benefits of their migrations and ultimately ensure they deliver value for money.

Fighting climate change
Our headcount has grown by more than 50% per year on average since 2018. Given this growth rate, it is not appropriate to set a total emissions target, but a carbon intensity target. Therefore, we have set a target of keeping our carbon intensity below our 2021/22 level of 149 kg CO2e per FTE. In addition, we have committed to offsetting all our emissions through Gold Standard-certified projects. This means we currently produce net zero emissions. Our environmental protection approach is built around the following policies: 1. Consider environmental factors in our business decisions. 2. Minimise the consumption and wastage of natural resources as far as reasonably practicable. 3. Dispose of all waste according to the principles of the waste hierarchy. 4. Actively promote a hybrid workspace model both in terms of our own business delivery and project delivery with clients. 5. Actively seek opportunities to work with clients to help them reduce their emissions. 6. Fulfil all environmental compliance obligations, including laws, regulations, and other requirements.Equal opportunity
