Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
Supplier shall work with the Customer to ensure that the Uptime SLA Percentage, exclusive of Planned Maintenance Events and Unplanned Downtime, measured on a monthly basis, is at least 99.9% (“Uptime Availability Target”) based on forecasted volumes. Service performance against the Uptime Availability Target (the “Uptime SLA Percentage”), shall be calculated using the following formula:
Uptime SLA Percentage (%) = (Possible Available Uptime – Unplanned Downtime) x 100

Then divided by total Possible Available Uptime

<99.5% - 99.9% = 5% Credit
<98.0% - 99.5% = 10% Credit
<95.0% - 98.0% = 20% Credit
<90.0% - 95.0% = 30% Credit
<90.0% = 40% Credit

askporter provides service credit (% of service monthly fee) based on the above workings. This credit will be applied against usage fees next due from the customer.
