- Accessibility standards
- None or don’t know
- Description of accessibility
- Thinkproject is committed to making our services accessible for all users. We design and build our user interfaces with recognised accessibility principles in mind, referencing WCAG guidance during UI design and development. We support common accessibility needs through consistent layouts, clear navigation and usable form patterns, and we continually refine the interface through regular UI and code improvements. Users can also access assistance through multiple channels, including an integrated online Help Centre (articles, quick-start guides and video tutorials), ticket submission via the portal and a support hotline during UK business hours.
- Accessibility testing
- Accessibility is considered throughout our development and QA processes. We use automated accessibility checking tools, including WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool) and IBM Equal Access Toolkit, to identify issues and inform prioritisation. Findings are logged and tracked as part of our ongoing product improvement process, helping ensure accessibility considerations are embedded into regular UI and code enhancements.
- API
- Yes
- What users can and can't do using the API
-
Thinkproject Platform provides open integration capabilities to support interoperability with third-party systems. We offer API-based services that enable authorised clients to retrieve and update platform data using standard REST patterns (for example GET/POST/PUT/PATCH), covering the relevant objects and workflows across the platform and connected solutions.
This enables secure, standards-based communication with external applications (such as ERP, project controls, document management and reporting tools), supporting integration, automation and data consistency across the customer’s wider ecosystem.
Where required, we also support structured data access and export options to help customers work with their information outside of the application, including access to the underlying data model/metadata and the ability to consume data within customer reporting and analytics environments. - API documentation

- Open API (also known as Swagger)
- API sandbox or test environment

- Customisation available
- Yes
- Description of customisation
-
Thinkproject Platform is configurable by authorised customer administrators. Administrators manage users centrally, including creating and removing accounts, assigning roles and permissions, and granting access to specific projects/workspaces and applications. This ensures any change to a user’s access is applied consistently across the platform, so users see the right Thinkproject applications based on their entitlements.
Depending on the modules in use, administrators can also configure organisational and project structures and, where enabled, adjust workflow settings within the platform applications to reflect the customer’s processes and governance.
Configuration is restricted to designated admin roles (for example system or project administrators). Standard end users can personalise their own experience within the access granted (such as saving views or filters where available), but cannot change security, roles or organisational settings.
Scaling
- Independence of resources
- Thinkproject is hosted on a hybrid cloud platform combining both dedicated physical and virtual hosts. This affords flexibility and scalability allowing growth and demand requirements to be met dynamically. We perform regular performance testing and engage with specialist consultants to ensure that the system is optimised at all times.
Analytics
- Service usage metrics

- The Report module provides a tool that supports efficient and prompt reporting across many projects. The solution is flexible as it enables users to define topics and data fields, individually configure templates, and store HTML and PDF files in any desired location. Additionally, several data sources (e.g. SAP) can be connected for compiling reports. When a project report is approved, Reports generates an HTML web page and a corresponding PDF file for every project. The HTML web page can be incorporated into the builder’s intranet and the classical PDF report can be distributed by e-mail or via the Messages module.
