Scaling

Independence of resources
Matillion DPC doesn't have a user limitation.
Matillion ETL depends on the instance (virtual hardware) size. The number of registered users doesn't impact resources but instead the number of logged users at a specific point in time. Matillion (either product) is rarely used for end-user access, making this an unusual issue.
Concurrency and demand on resources can be impacted by the resources on the Cloud DWH, as it's where the compute power lies. We follow different strategies to avoid production impact.

Analytics

Metrics types
Matillion ETL comes with Product Improvement Metrics, a system that can gather data seamlessly in the background of the application.

Data collected are with reagards to System information, Command usage, Component usage each with defined metrics to understand its active installations, which client and server functions are being called and which components are being used, and their efficiency.
