Out-of-hours or enhanced support coverage may be available subject to agreed service levels and additional cost. The service supports cloud-based applications and platforms and does not include physical hardware maintenance.

Opal Solutions provides tiered cloud application support aligned to buyer needs.

Standard Support is provided during UK business hours, Monday to Friday, and includes incident logging, prioritisation, investigation, resolution and service reporting. Support is delivered by experienced cloud support engineers and is included within agreed day-rate pricing.

Enhanced Support options, including extended hours, accelerated response times or named resource continuity, can be agreed at call-off stage and priced separately based on scope and service levels.

A named technical lead or cloud support engineer is assigned to each engagement to provide continuity, technical oversight and escalation management. Where required, a technical account management function can be provided as part of the agreed service model.
