Service scope

Service constraints
Delivered as a time bound advisory consultancy. Delivery is remote unless agreed at Call Off. The buyer must provide access to stakeholders, existing documentation, and decision makers, and respond to information requests in a timely way. Outputs are recommendations, roadmaps and decision support materials and depend on the accuracy and completeness of buyer information. The supplier does not take operational control of buyer systems or data. This service does not include software development, cloud infrastructure provisioning or hosting, tooling implementation, managed services, operational support, ongoing monitoring, or optimisation unless explicitly agreed at Call Off.

Each engagement has a named delivery lead who acts as the primary point of contact for coordination and escalation. A technical account manager and cloud support engineer are not provided as part of this service.
