How the training service works
Throughout the duration of the engagement, our Service Delivery Manager will work with client stakeholder groups to ensure there is a sufficient amount of knowledge transfer between our project team and internal client staff. Training will be coordinated by our Service Delivery manager and delivered by our team of technical experts – Training will be delivered in group workshops, presentations and individual sessions depending on the training needs of the users.

We offer a comprehensive end-to-end solution to support clients with structured Cloud migration for SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and GaaP services across Virtual, Private, Public and Hybrid cloud infrastructures.
Our team of experts will undertake a review/analysis of your existing environment to understand the technologies that are currently in use and to identify any potential challenges. Our SDM and Technical teams will then work alongside the internal project and Architecture teams to ensure a seamless migration.
For each engagement we will undertake the following.
• Review/Analysis of existing BAU services and technology stack
• Develop a cloud migration project plan
• Design PaaS, SaaS and IaaS cloud Architecture
• Review current Tooling usage to clarify the end-to-end tooling lifecycle approach, selection, purchase, implementation, retirement and or replacement
