Planning
- Planning service
- Yes
- How the planning service works
- Often, we implement AWS cloud infrastructure as part of a larger customer project to deploy a specific application. We can integrate with your existing agile processes and tools so that our work is planned alongside everything else. For example, we can write agile user stories and participate in planning and refinement. This collaborative "DevOps" approach reduces bottlenecks and blockers and ensures all dependencies are understood and considered. If we are in an independent workstream, we still create agile user stories and give our customers full visibility of the roadmap and progress along the way. We also produce architecture diagrams and support documentation as required.

- How the training service works
- We offer comprehensive training to upskill your teams on cloud technologies and practices. Our approach starts by understanding your organisational goals, assessing current capabilities, and defining target competencies. We then design and deliver tailored training initiatives to bridge any skills gaps. Our training services include one-on-one mentoring sessions, where our experts work closely with your staff, providing personalized guidance and hands-on knowledge transfer. We also conduct group training workshops covering theoretical concepts, best practices, and real-world case studies. This ensures that your in-house teams have all the required skills and knowledge to take over support at the end of any of our engagements.
