Service scope
- Service constraints
- The service is delivered as SaaS and is accessed over the internet via browser and API; it does not require PSN connectivity. Standard support is provided remotely via our service desk; on-site support can be arranged by agreement. Successful implementation depends on buyer data readiness, access to source systems (e.g. ERP/GL, banking/treasury feeds), and availability of key stakeholders for workshops and testing. Integration options may require network allowlisting, VPN/secure connectivity, or API access from buyer environments. Service limits apply to protect availability (e.g. API rate limits, concurrency and payload limits) and can be adjusted by agreement.
