We have hibernation features on laptops and desktop computers and the heating is effectively controlled. 4. Reducing car travel by encouraging our employees to work at home, walk or cycle to the office and limit unnecessary travel to clients – the Covid-19 pandemic has brought remote working to the fore and we have amended our processes to deliver more testing externally. 5. We aim to become a carbon negative organisation, ultimately offsetting more carbon than we contribute by 10%. We also provide flexible working, including closing the office between Xmas and New year in addition to standard holidays to ensure all staff have a long break.
