Support is provided during standard working hours, which are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
Additional cover (e.g. to cover full core hours (8am to 6:30pm) or enhanced access hours) is available on request for an additional cost. The cost of support will be agreed with customers based on response time requirements, hours of coverage and complexity of service provision (e.g. level of knowledge and skill required to provide an appropriate resolution within appropriate timeframes).
Support is generally provided by a technical account manager with appropriate skills for the service type. Specific coverage is agreed with individual customers in line with need.
