We provide online support to all Assystem clients, enabling users to register any technical or application related issues along with new user and licensing requests. Support requests are monitored within business hours within the UK, Australia and Hong Kong, and Service Level Agreements are provided covering:
i) Initial contact and investigation estimates
ii) Resolution times for Cloud Infrastructure Issues
iii) Resolution times for non-technical application-based queries
Where support queries will require complex resolutions, extended support or additional development, we provide estimates and requests authorisation to proceed.
