Additionally we provide online chat during core support hours with a dedicated team. Resources are often scaled-up during periods of increased demand. Always on services, such as 24/7 online self-help centre including FAQs, videos, downloadable PDFs, and 24/7 online support ticketing system with macro responses are used to streamline support.

Getting started
Wonde provide full onboarding support and API documentation, plus an extensive support service through our in-house customer and integrations support team. Support for onboarding is managed through our wide Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner network, and our team of account managers and technical account managers as well as the provision of an array of support materials.

End-of-contract data extraction
Schools can export their data via the Wonde API or create a support ticket for data to be provided via CSV download.

On revoking of the school-to-Wonde connection, school data will be deleted within 18-24 days. From the point of when the data is deleted, Wonde will hold the data for a further 17 days in backups at which point it is then permanently deleted.
