The goal of the PMOaaS offering is to help companies improve the communication, control, execution, and ultimately
the profitability of their projects by establishing a project portfolio framework that enables better decision-making. The service provides a range of relevant planning disciplines and capabilities, including Business Analysis, project planning and estimation, resource planning and delivery assurance among others. These disciplines are delivered within an overarching governance framework, which will be aligned to the maturity levels and targets of the client organisation. This will ensure a structured approach to planning / implementation underpinned by the right-fit governance structures.

How the training service works
Via the training micro service, we can provide detailed and specific training to your staff: Bespoke Training - Project Methodology, Directing a Project for Executives, Risk Management, PPM Tool utilisation, Strategic Alignment, Portfolio Prioritisation, Benefit Estimation, Resource Management, Planning and Realisation. These can be provided remotely or on site as required. We focus our training on topics relevant for your organisation with special emphasis on skills that successful project and portfolios need but are not provided by classic Agile or PRINCE2 courses.

We help clients migrate to cloud services by supporting or providing their PMO and project delivery capabilities. Capabilities such as Business case development provided within the PMOaaS can assist with product selection, based on the gathered requirements. The planning and delivery capabilities will help in the development of an appropriate migration strategy and plan, as well as a feature take on and release approach. These will balance the value to risk as well as the readiness of the organisation to utilise the appropriate features.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
PMOaaS provides capability to review the business, functional, technical and non-functional requirements in full. From this understanding, we will write an approach for all aspects of test and quality assurance required, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing and penetration testing as necessary. All our processes and test regimes conform to best practice.
The Project Delivery Assurance micro service ensures that projects are following best practice for successful change management and adhering to internal policies / procedures whilst identifying key elements that indicate if the project is 'at risk', requiring corrective action. We generate an assurance report, detailing the findings, including tangible follow-on actions required to ensure compliance.
