Operational security

Configuration and change management standard
Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
Configuration and change management approach
A formal change management process is in place where all changes are reviewed and documented by experts for performance, audits and research purposes, before being deployed in the production environment.

Further details available upon request.
Vulnerability management type
Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
Vulnerability management approach
IBabs works with a documented vulnerability management program. This program scans, identifies, and fixes vulnerabilities in the security of servers, workstations, network devices, and applications. All networks, including testing and production facilities, are regularly scanned by trusted third-party providers. Servers receive high-priority critical patches. Other patches are applied when needed. iBabs regularly performs internal and external penetration tests and solves problems based on the severity
of the results. Euronext InfoSec results in an automated scan several times a month. Radically performs OpenSecurity and crystalbox pentest (code and backends) at least once a year.
Protective monitoring type
Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
Protective monitoring approach
We have numerous monitoring systems such as firewalls, malware scanners and intrusion detection systems. In application and infrastructure systems, information is tracked through a centrally managed logbook. Authorised iBabs employees solve problems, check security, and perform analyses. The logs are kept on the basis of legal guidelines. If there are security incidents that affect customer accounts, iBabs provides customers with help and access to our logs to the extent that is reasonable and possible.

More information available on request.
Incident management type
Conforms to a recognised standard, for example, CSA CCM v3.0 or ISO/IEC 27035:2011 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
Incident management approach
IBabs works with security incident policies and procedures. The policies set out the initial responses, the investigation, customer notifications (where minimum applicable laws are complied with), public notices, and remedial action. This policy is regularly evaluated and tested twice a year.

Fighting climate change

At iBabs, addressing climate change is a fundamental part of our mission. Our solutions are designed to eliminate paper and reduce waste. Working with over 3,000 organisations, we have achieved significant environmental savings, including:
• Over 504 million sheets of A4 paper saved
• 60,224 trees preserved
• 1,311,508 kg of CO₂ emissions prevented
• 2,469,998 kg of paper avoided
These achievements are just the beginning of our journey towards a more sustainable future.
As part of Euronext, iBabs is dedicated to achieving company-wide climate targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in line with the Paris Agreement through the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) framework. This effort aligns with Euronext’s “Fit for 1.5°” initiative, part of the partnership with United Nations Climate Change “Race to Zero” campaign, which aims for carbon neutrality by 2050.

Equal opportunity

As part of the Euronext group, we embrace diversity as a key driver of success. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where people from different cultures, backgrounds and experiences can collaborate effectively. Euronext, with 55 nationalities across 18 countries, promotes a deeply inclusive culture supported by its federal governance model.
Our efforts include:
• Recruiting diverse talents through partnerships, bias-free job descriptions and diversity charters.
• Ensuring equal opportunities with equal pay, leadership programmes and bias training.
• Promoting open dialogue through events like Diversity Day and employee networks.
• Engaging communities by signing diversity charters and supporting initiatives like JA Europe.
