- How the setup or migration service works
- We are experts in intelligent automation and have over 150 experienced staff within this space. Our proven approach to setup and migration provides organisations with the confidence and information to succeed. Our process includes: planning, vision & strategy establishment, discover, design, delivery, manage and optimise. Our specialists work with you to plan the migrated end state environment together. We create a migration action plan to install the solution and create a timeline of activities that will inform your management team on benefits realisation. We divide responsibilities between us. You setup the platform using your preferred cloud provider. We are cloud agnostic and automation technology agnostic. We can even support you moving from one automation technology to another. Our multi-vendor approach is a significant benefit when you need the right tool for the right job. We test the new setup for errors. You define the acceptance criteria for testing and the service team will ensure these are followed. Before moving to live operation, we fix all issues. We perform a period of knowledge transfer to understand the solution. You confirm you are happy with the implementation and we begin support. We manage, maintain and improve your solution.

- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- During the design stage of our workstreams a detailed set of mutually agreed non-functional and technical requirements will be outlined to ensure a transparent plan for quality assurance (QA) and performance testing. QA and testing is performed throughout our delivery lifecycle to reduce timescales and therefore cost. From “Delivery” to “Manage” acceptance criteria will be reviewed and documented for complete alignment and the appropriate sign-offs. We assist you with changes, updates, incident management and developments. We complete in-depth quality assurance and performance testing. Performance should be measurable, we monitor process SLA and return on benefits and investment. If returns decrease, we have a clear indicator into our service organisation that creates an activity to investigate and resolve.

- How the support service works
- Robiquity provide support for Microsoft, Blue Prism and UiPath. We also support ancillary RPA technology. Our support services work in two models: Fixed Fee: A baseline service to guarantee resourcing and governance. Token Support Model: A flexible agreement for ad-hoc requests. Our typical ongoing support includes: incident & problem management, change management, proactive monitoring, service management and reporting, performance reporting, continuous improvement and optimisation, acceptance into service and transition. Our core team and entire Service Management function is UK based. You raise issues in our service portal. We triage them and pass to our support teams and we follow ITIL best practice to resolve your issues. This applies to both incidents and change. Our ticket management system updates you when we work on your issues. This keeps you informed to what is happening at all times. We have our own bespoke monitoring service which means no exorbitant licence fees. We proactively manage your estate to reduce costs, improve benefits and most importantly, help you to be more successful.
