Service scope

Service constraints
Services are delivered as professional cloud support and advisory services and do not include full operational ownership of customer platforms. Support is primarily delivered remotely, with onsite engagement available by prior agreement. Buyers remain responsible for business decisions, service ownership and supplier management. Delivery timelines are dependent on timely access to systems, environments and stakeholders. Changes to scope, priorities or requirements may require re planning. The service is designed to support cloud based customer experience platforms and is not intended to replace in house operational teams.

Support levels
Org, in partnership with HappyPath, provides structured cloud support services across Level one, Level two and Level three support, aligned to agreed service scopes and service levels.

Level one support provides first line assistance including incident logging, initial triage, basic troubleshooting, user support and coordination with customer teams and third party suppliers. Level one support focuses on restoring service quickly and ensuring issues are correctly assessed and routed. This level is typically provided at the lowest cost and is delivered through a support retainer or time and materials basis.

Level two support provides deeper technical investigation and resolution, including configuration support, integration troubleshooting, defect remediation, minor enhancements and operational guidance. Level two support is delivered by experienced Cloud Support Engineers and is priced higher than Level one, either through a retained service or time and materials.

Level three support provides specialist engineering and architectural expertise for complex or high impact issues. This includes advanced fault diagnosis, performance and scalability optimisation, security and resilience guidance, and design level changes. Level three support represents the highest cost tier and is typically delivered under enhanced or premium support arrangements.

All support services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
