PTP will provide you with a dedicated account manager (AM) who's role will be to take ownership the overall relationship and allocate time in ensuring that all scoping requirements, delivery of engagements and KPIs are met.

The AM is supported by a number of support team members as follows:

• Internal client support – (Supports AM in day-to-day operations), but is specifically allocated to the following tasks:
o Producing individual Scope of Works (SOW) documents for each engagement.
o Liaising with the PTP scheduling team and helping to organise each engagement.
o Coordinating Project Kick-Off Calls between client stakeholders / PTP consultants for each SOW/ engagement.
o Ensuring any required paperwork is completed, i.e. mandatory authorisation forms, any client Task Forms, etc.
• Scheduling Manager – works within the scheduling team, assigned to work with specific clients so that familiarity of process can be achieved.

This small team as outlined above, along with our robust and proven processes for working with clients of all sizes helps to ensure that each engagement, however large or small is managed independently via a SOW to ensure high levels of efficiency.
