Social Value

Wellbeing

Wellbeing

Our software OutNav supports organisations delivering services to support wellbeing in health, social care, social work and children and families’ work. It enables them to articulate the difference they want to make to their beneficiaries, and track their progress, ensuring that they make the best contribution they can to health and wellbeing. Organisations improve wellbeing by learning what is working well and where they can improve. It helps them to ensure they are engaging the targeted groups effectively, and to demonstrate that they have improved outcomes for those groups. It enables them to use data and evidence effectively to understand their contribution to the well-being of the people they aim to support.

Current OutNav users include Health and Social Care partnerships, local authorities, health bodies, and public agencies working in dementia, peer support, addictions, children and families, children’s rights, healthy living, end of life care and community integration.

We collaborate closely with client organisations and have co-designed our software to ensure that it meets their needs and can help them in their work.

We are a certified B-corp company, and have demonstrated that we treat our staff well, take their well-being seriously, and support the communities we serve.
