All users automatically become members of our OutNav Community, which exists to enable our clients to learn from each other through weekly clinics, regular face-to-face and virtual meetings, and webinars.

Tailored Support:

Support requirements at onboarding are tailored to client needs and depending on size, scope and complexity costed accordingly. Typically, a standard project tailored support package starts at £7400 (including VAT). Further tailored support packages can be purchased as your project or programme develops.

Getting started
Full orientation and user training provided at onboarding either onsite or online for user administrators and new users. Any subsequent users added by the user administrator can access our Knowledge Base for help with getting started, navigation guidance and any FAQs, or one of our twice-weekly online drop-in sessions for. For specific help, requests can be submitted which are typically answered within 24 hours.

End-of-contract data extraction
Matter of Focus will discuss with organisations using OutNav who are coming to the end of their contract and not wishing to renew their subscription, how best to extract their data, including any of their own files and images, in a suitable format and will return this securely to them.
End-of-contract process
Once all of the data has been extracted from OutNav and returned securely to the client, access to OutNav will then be removed. Matter of Focus will archive this data for a 30 day grace period before deleting indefinitely.

Organisation administrators have some options for customising report design in line with their brand. Company logos can be uploaded and a selection of colours and layouts can be chosen.

A range of protective measures are inplace to protect the data within the network. This includes (but is not limited to) data encryption in transit and at rest, firewalls, antivirus and malware protection. Security access is restricted based on the principle of least privilege and is role based. More information is available upon request.

Planned maintenance is normally undertaken outside of normal UK business hours.

Information security policies and processes
Matter of Focus holds and maintains its own Information Security and Information Governance policies which comply with relevant legislation, including the Data Protection Act (2018) and General Data Protection Regulation. All Matter of Focus staff, whether permanent, temporary, seconded or contracted are responsible for ensuring that they aware of, and comply with, the requirements of these policies and the procedures and guidelines produced to support it. Matter of Focus will also support members of staff in their understanding and appropriate implementation of this policy through induction, supervision, appraisal and training. Our software OutNav supports organisations delivering services to support wellbeing in health, social care, social work and children and families’ work. It enables them to articulate the difference they want to make to their beneficiaries, and track their progress, ensuring that they make the best contribution they can to health and wellbeing.
