- Configuration and change management approach
- Our configuration and change management processes involve tracking service components using version control. Changes undergo internal review via a pull request system, ensuring thorough assessment for potential security impacts. Approved changes are released via automated continuous delivery pipelines, guaranteeing efficient deployment. For significant modifications, change log notifications are sent to users, keeping them informed of any adjustments that may affect their usage. This comprehensive approach ensures effective tracking of system components throughout their lifecycle, rigorous assessment of changes for security implications, and transparent communication with users regarding significant modifications.

- Protective monitoring approach
- We identify potential compromises by monitoring anomalies in connection attempts, captcha verifications, and unexpected restart events. When a potential compromise is detected, we respond within the same business day by identifying the compromised areas and imposing additional usage restrictions if necessary. Within 2 business days, we assess the full impact, notify affected customers, and develop plans to prevent similar compromises in the future. Our goal is to swiftly address incidents to minimize impact and ensure the security of our systems and users' data.
