Service constraints
Every client has different requirements for ERP Implementation and Support, and in order for ACS to initiate any contract, IT staff must be made available to support an understanding of the AS-IS architecture so that ACS can create the technical designs required to perform the service. Every system requires ongoing maintenance, and ACS ensures that maintenance slots are agreed with clients to minimise service disruption (out of core hours maintenance).

Support levels
Every client has their own requirements for support of ERP Implementation & Support and we will create support models that align to your business needs. ACS has a mature service desk process (certified to ISO standards) , experienced service managers and agents, and these have been successfully adopted by many clients. Whilst some clients require 9-5 Monday - Friday support hours, many requiring high availability , opt for 24*7*365. ACS works with each client to agree the support model required, and will define the skills (resource) profile required to cover that requirements and then quote the cost according to the rate card . All or staff are fully trained and qualified, and we offer each client a named Service Manager and named technical leads.
