Flint Technology Services approach to the implementation of project delivery services consists of a number of key steps:
Firstly, understanding the specific requirements and objectives of the project is critical, which is achieved through discussions, workshops and analysis. This shall allow the scope of the project to be identified, along with the desired outcomes, dependencies and constraints. Then, based upon these project requirements, Flint Technology Services shall propose a Design and Implementation service which meets both goals and objectives.
A team with the required technical skills and capability shall be assembled depending upon the required technology. These may require Cloud, Virtualisation/Containerisation IP, Backhaul, WAN/MPLS, Fibre, Routing, Switching, Load-Balancing, Traffic-Management, Security, Firewall, Wi-Fi, Private 5G and Small Cell skills. The service shall be dimensioned in order to deliver the required Design documentation before then moving on to implementation.
The implementation phase shall require the creation of a Method of Procedure, detailing how the product(s) or service(s) shall be deployed and ensure appropriate testing is carried out to validate the desired outcome.

Flint Technology Services approach to the Plan, Design and Implementation of migration services requires careful planning, coordination, and implementation to ensure a smooth transition from an existing system/service to another.
Firstly, a Discovery phase will be performed to assess the existing system and assess the changes that will be required in order to complete a successful migration. Such a migration could be as simple as a software upgrade or require the complete migration to a new platform including the migration of any data to that new environment.
The Discovery phase will lead to the creation of a Design for the new solution which may require the selection of a range of products on order to deliver the required service. However, as part of this process consideration should be made regarding any compatibility issues which shall allow the migration to be successful. Any potential issues which may impact the migration shall need to be mitigated so far as practicable during the implementation phase.
