As part of your Cyber Maturity Assessment engagement, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will act as your primary strategic contact throughout the programme. They will ensure our approach aligns with your organisational objectives, maintain clear communication, and oversee the overall quality and direction of the assessment.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all operational aspects of the engagement. This includes scheduling workshops and interviews, managing documentation requirements, monitoring progress against timelines, and ensuring that each phase of the assessment is delivered in a structured and efficient manner.
To conduct the assessment and provide expert analysis, we will also allocate a specialist Cyber Consultant with deep experience in security governance, risk management, and industry-aligned maturity frameworks. The consultant will lead the assessment activities, analyse findings, benchmark your organisation against best practice, and produce actionable recommendations to strengthen your cyber‑resilience.
This structured support model—strategic oversight from your Account Manager, disciplined coordination from your Project Manager, and expert evaluation from a seasoned Cyber Consultant—ensures a comprehensive, consistent, and high‑value approach to assessing and improving your cyber maturity.
