- How the planning service works

Often investments focus on technologies and software but data is misunderstood, under-appreciated and underinvested in. As a result, many cloud hosting or software services are at risk of not delivering the benefits buyers expect due to unfit data hosted by these services.
We help buyers understand the condition of their data assets so they can plan for the most appropriate cloud hosting or software services. Once the right service has been chosen, buyers can focus their investments on improving the condition of the data that creates the most value for their organisation. - Planning service works with specific services

- How the setup or migration service works
- Buyers often have a significant amount of data that needs to be migrated to the cloud or between cloud services. We help buyers to understand the condition of the data to be migrated. By doing so, buyers can understand what improvements need to be made to existing data prior to its migration. Our services also enable buyers to understand the systemic changes that are required to lower the chance of poor data condition reoccurring in the future once hosted on the cloud. Examples include changes to data governance, data architecture or data quality management.

- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- Our data condition assessments include 14 performance measures that focus on different characteristics of data such as timeliness and accuracy. Data condition assessments are repeatable in their nature, allowing buyers to track the condition of data over time and ensure it is maintained at the required condition levels. Metrics defined through this service are based on business requirements, which makes it a true performance test against how well data fulfils your business needs.

Fighting climate change
Our headcount has grown by more than 50% per year on average since 2018. Given this growth rate, it is not appropriate to set a total emissions target, but a carbon intensity target. Therefore, we have set a target of keeping our carbon intensity below our 2021/22 level of 149 kg CO2e per FTE. In addition, we have committed to offsetting all our emissions through Gold Standard-certified projects. This means we currently produce net zero emissions. Our environmental protection approach is built around the following policies: 1. Consider environmental factors in our business decisions. 2. Minimise the consumption and wastage of natural resources as far as reasonably practicable. 3. Dispose of all waste according to the principles of the waste hierarchy. 4. Actively promote a hybrid workspace model both in terms of our own business delivery and project delivery with clients. 5. Actively seek opportunities to work with clients to help them reduce their emissions. 6. Fulfil all environmental compliance obligations, including laws, regulations, and other requirements.Equal opportunity
