End-of-contract data extraction
All data is stored in Neo4j and PostgreSQL databases and hosted on the buyer's infrastructure, data can be exported with backups done by the buyer's technical team.
End-of-contract process
The service will stop working at the end of the contract. Client will be warned before contract end to see if they want to extend the service. If Client purchases a contract extension, we update our system to reflect the extended contract end date. If not, Client will be locked out of service at the contract end time.
