Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
- Availability SLAs will be defined on a per-deployment basis
- Approach to resilience
- Tetra Connect is built on cloud-native architecture designed for resilience and high availability. The service uses containerised deployment (Docker) enabling rapid scaling and recovery. When provided as a managed service, environments are logically segregated to prevent cross-customer impact. Infrastructure leverages cloud provider resilience features including redundant storage and automatic failover capabilities. Specific availability SLAs and resilience configurations are agreed per deployment based on customer requirements.
- Outage reporting
- Outages are reported through agreed channels on a per-deployment basis. For managed service customers, we provide proactive notification via email to designated contacts. Customers can also report issues via our support email, with response times based on severity level (Critical: 2 hours, Serious: 4 hours, Degraded: 8 hours, Minimal: 48 hours). Incident reports detailing the nature, actions taken, and lessons learned are provided following resolution.
