Yes. As part of our application support services, we agree with our customers on the SLAs like response time, resolution time based on the severity of the tickets and the SLAs are mutually agreed with the prior to start of the engagement
However, the standard response time during weekdays are:
Sev1 - 30 mins
Sev2 - 1 hour
Sev3 - 3 hours
Sev4 - 6 hours
During weekends, the support team will be available on call for any Sev1 incidents wherein the support team will be informed about any Sev1 incident over phone to start the resolution process - User can manage status and priority of support tickets
