Engagements are time-bound and do not include hosting, continuous operations, incident management or application development.

Service constraints
This service is delivered as a time-bound, assessment-focused engagement and does not provide day-to-day operational support or managed services. Support is delivered primarily remotely during agreed engagement periods. The service relies on access to existing buyer metrics, logs and telemetry. No performance tests are executed, and no changes are implemented by the supplier. Hosting, provisioning, incident management and application development are not included. Implementation of recommendations remains the buyer’s responsibility.

We provide a single standard level of support for this service with no tiers. There are no different support levels and no separate costs for different support levels. Support is included in the service price.

Each engagement has a named delivery lead who acts as the primary point of contact for coordination and escalation. A technical account manager and cloud support engineer are not provided as part of this service.
