Future Arc provides access to wellbeing initiatives to staff that can be tailored to their needs. For example Future Arc operates a flexible working policy, allowing staff to work in locations that suit their needs and promote productivity. Future Arc has a supporting leave policy that allows for people to take a variety of leave for life events and flexibly manage this.
