This programme assists leaders to adapt ways of working and drive lasting impact in their organisations. Through instructor-led workshops, self-study, and practical learning, leaders develop the mindset, skills and capabilities to shape the environment for product teams to deliver citizen centric experiences and value at pace.

  • Cohorts of 8-12 people part time for 3 months
  • 2 hour bi-weekly Instructor faciliated workshop
  • 2 hours per week: learning, reading and applying to work
  • Targetted at leaders with digital portfolio, product or transformation responsibility
  • Apply a culture of sustained improvement in your context
  • This program covers how to manage and structure change​.
  • There will be emphasis on how the environment improves outcomes.
