Our Platform and surveys are all accessible through the latest version of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer / Edge, Safari and Firefox.
To ensure our survey emails are not blocked by spam filters, we strongly recommend that you ask your IT department to whitelist our survey domains and addresses.

Operational security
- Configuration and change management standard
- Supplier-defined controls
- Configuration and change management approach
- We have a 'Change Management Policy and Procedure' in place forming part of our ISO27001 system. All major changes to systems and software are tracked and measured against this and security is assessed at every point.
- Vulnerability management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Vulnerability management approach
-
1. Potential threats are managed through DataDog and monitored 24/7. We also subscribe to a number of services which highlight new and potential threats.
2. Patches are deployed immediately on becoming available either automatically or through the engineering team.
3. We regularly update software in our stack to minimise risk and keep ourselves up to date with the OWASP top 10. We also monitor a number of other sites such as ROAVE. - Protective monitoring type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Protective monitoring approach
-
We would identify potential compromises through DataDog and 24/7 monitoring.
If an incident was to occur, this would trigger a 'Security Incident Management Procedure' and we would follow all steps in the process.
Immediately an incident is spotted and the procedure initiated, we follow an 8 point plan from identification, securing the issue, identifying the scope of the issue through to resolution. As we are monitoring this 24/7, we would respond immediately to any compromise. - Incident management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Incident management approach
- We have a pre-defined 'Security Incident' management process in place. Users would report incidents via a number of channels e.g. email / slack. There are clear processes in place as part of this procedure outlining how incidents should be to reported and to who. All incidents are recorded as part of our ISO27001 system.

Equal opportunity
WorkBuzz helps organisations create cultures where every voice matters and every person can be their best. Our vision is to help improve the working lives of one million people. With generational changes to how the world works, a wellbeing crisis, and 500,000 fewer people in the UK labour market, we believe there’s never been a more important time to listen to employees, involve them in shaping change, and empower HR with data-driven insights to influence business strategy.
Hundreds of organisations across the private, public and third sectors trust WorkBuzz to give their employees a voice, using our AI-powered insights and dedicated People Scientists to deliver world-class employee experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
WorkBuzz now works with over 450 organisations in the UK and around the world and through our surveys we are helping those organisations build inclusive cultures ensuring equal opportunity, an equitable employee experience and a focus on wellbeing through the power of the insights we capture, the questions that we ask and the actions that are taken on the back of the surveys.
We see our role in the wider community as an enabler of change and create compelling content co-created with thought leaders in ‘Inclusion and Belonging’ to help organisations around the world know where to start when it comes to tackling economic inequality, ensuring equal opportunity and wellbeing for all. We would be happy to share our eBook ‘Four Steps to Building an Inclusive Culture’ as evidence of this.Wellbeing
Again we help the organisations we work with to improve wellbeing within their own organisations through a robust set of questions, consultancy and advice. We regularly host webinars with third party experts and partners sharing our experiences with the wider HR community. Our vision is to improve the working lives of a million people and we know we can help shape thinking about all aspects of the employee experience based on the insights we capture through the surveys we run and the State of Employee Engagement research we conduct annually.
