Our Platform and surveys are all accessible through the latest version of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer / Edge, Safari and Firefox.

To ensure our survey emails are not blocked by spam filters, we strongly recommend that you ask your IT department to whitelist our survey domains and addresses.

After IT have completed whitelisting and you’ve signed off your online survey, you should then set up a test with a handful of employees to ensure emails are delivered and they can access the survey link.

We have a 'Change Management Policy and Procedure' in place forming part of our ISO27001 system. All major changes to systems and software are tracked and measured against this and security is assessed at every point.

1. Potential threats are managed through DataDog and monitored 24/7. We also subscribe to a number of services which highlight new and potential threats.
2. Patches are deployed immediately on becoming available either automatically or through the engineering team.
3. We regularly update software in our stack to minimise risk and keep ourselves up to date with the OWASP top 10. We also monitor a number of other sites such as ROAVE.

We would identify potential compromises through DataDog and 24/7 monitoring.

If an incident was to occur, this would trigger a 'Security Incident Management Procedure' and we would follow all steps in the process.

Immediately an incident is spotted and the procedure initiated, we follow an 8 point plan from identification, securing the issue, identifying the scope of the issue through to resolution. As we are monitoring this 24/7, we would respond immediately to any compromise.
