-
Our ISO/IEC 27001 certification applies to the Feebris ISMS covering the operation and support of our SaaS platform and associated corporate information security controls. It does not cover customer-managed environments (including end-user devices, local networks, or customer identity and access management) or third-party services that are not operated or directly controlled by Feebris, beyond the assurance and contractual controls we apply to those suppliers. Any services or activities outside the certified scope are managed using security controls aligned to ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and NHS DSPT requirements.
