This service is delivered as a defined, fixed-scope engagement rather than tiered support levels.
Under normal delivery, the engagement includes up to two days of preparation and scenario development, one day of facilitated tabletop exercise delivery, and up to two days of post-exercise analysis and reporting. Support is provided throughout by an appropriately qualified Cyber Security consultant with experience delivering NHS cyber incident simulations and assurance activities.
The consultant is responsible for scenario design, facilitation, live observation, structured debrief, and production of the final report. Delivery can be provided remotely or on-site, depending on buyer requirements.
The service is priced per engagement based on the scope described above. Any additional preparation, extended delivery, follow-up workshops, re-runs, or advisory support are available by agreement and charged at an agreed daily rate. Travel and accommodation costs, where applicable, are excluded from the service price and invoiced separately.
A named Cyber Security consultant acts as the primary technical lead and point of contact for the duration of the engagement. A dedicated technical account manager is not required due to the defined nature of the service but can be provided if requested by the buyer.
