We provide training programmes at all levels required, whether to solution owners, system administrators or end users. Training could be focussed on a solution that we have built, or on the native best practice methods to make the most of the tools provided within Microsoft 365 (at beginner, intermediate or advanced levels). Training can be delivered via webinar (in Teams), in person, or via a "train the trainer" approach. In addition, we commonly provide re-usable reference materials (in multiple formats, including video) that staff can call upon for quick reference from a central portal, usually within SharePoint Online. This also aids with training new staff who may join you in future.

Intelogy run a dedicated UK based Service Desk with rapid access to a team of 2nd and 3rd line specialist experts in Microsoft 365. We also have fast track access to Microsoft Support if required. A range of Support Service offerings are available - from post-project support, ad hoc requests via a Retainer or complete care via Outsourced IT - but this is not relevant in the context of this specific offering.
