How the planning service works
The Anywhere Company (TAC) has over 18 years' experience in the planning, design and implementation of PPM and other business management software. Our professional services team provides a wide range of consultancy expertise, from pre-implementation assessments through to assisting in the successful delivery of complex, multi-phase global projects. Our consultants cover the entire spectrum of roles, including Business Analysis, Change Management, Training and Development, Support Consultant, PMO Analyst, Project Management and Principal Consultant. Our consultants help you plan and design the implementation through a series of iterative Workshops (Conference Room Pilots) followed by a build and testing phase. Final deployment takes place only after customer UAT has been completed. Training is conducted for the 'Super-Users' as part of the implementation phase and the TAC team continues to support our customers post 'go-live', in order to ensure a smooth hand over to the customer. PPMAnywhere is delivered on the Anywhere Platform which incorporates other related modules such as Governance Risk & Compliance, KPI Performance, New Product Development and Professional Services Automation. Our team can advise on one or a combination of solutions as required.

How the training service works
The Anywhere Company has an experienced training team who deliver training in an appropriate format and who understand both business processes and tooling. Training can be delivered on-site or remotely covering PPMAnywhere and other modules such as Governance Risk & Compliance, Agile New Product Development, Professional Services Automation and Corporate Performance Management. Training is delivered at role level and includes the creation of a Training Plan and customised training materials. Exercises can be included in to the agenda to allow for knowledge testing of the participants and to benchmark training effectiveness.

Our suggested training delivery approach is a combination of on-site classroom training and web-based training materials depending on participant location. ‘Super-User’ training covers every aspect of the solution.

For remote users and for simple processes, computer-based training modules are available via our Learning Platform which users can access in their own time. Packages are purchased on an annual basis to be used by multiple users on an ongoing basis.

A ‘Train the Trainer’ approach is available for customers who prefer to undertake the training themselves.

Configuration training is available to customers who wish to administer and make their own configuration changes to their solutions on the Anywhere platform.

How the support service works
The Anywhere Company (TAC) is able to support all solutions on the Anywhere Platform such as PPMAnywhere and related solution modules which is hosted by TAC in the Cloud. The service consists of a series of managed services covering end user support (via an online support portal, helpdesk, email, phone, optional live chat), technical change management (monthly and quarterly options), and user and data administration tasks. Our aim is to free up our customers' time to allow them to focus on more strategic issues by covering off the more administrative and support aspects of supporting these tools. Clients are allocated a Technical Account Manager under the managed service.

Testing of systems has taken place with customers with assistive technology users as part of their training and onboarding to ensure that needs and standards are met.
Support levels
Normal support and maintenance is provided with the software services provided. In addition TAC provides a Technical Account Manager to each customer to manage any support issues.

TAC offers a series of managed services to support customers of the PPMAnywhere PPM solution and other platform modules. These cover the following:

Business Support:
Built in facility for end users to raise usage specific questions
Helps end users improve maturity and data quality by providing them with ‘how to’ support, and assisting them in overcoming specific challenges they have. Engage with our team via chat, email, and support tickets.

User & Data Administration:
TAC team to provide support for the management of new, change and leaving users of the Anywhere platform modules. Maintain and administer your master data e.g. roles, resource pools, cost categories etc.

Changes & Enhancements Programme:
Keeping your Anywhere platform in line with evolving business needs to maximise business value.
Industry standard change process, managed and implemented on a monthly and/or quarterly basis and led by Senior Consultants. Each monthly/quarterly release is based on capacity of delivery and we work with our customers in order to prioritise the requirements per release.

Annual cost is based on user volume.
