- We off both telephone and email support as standard. Our UK based teams will usually work on client sites and provide onsite support as standard. Each client will be allocated a named Client Lead as their key point of contact. Basic support is 9 to 5 on working days. Additional support can be provided at the request of the customer, at an additional charge. Escalation during the delivery window will be via the account management, SLA and escalation process detailed per engagement. We are very flexible and always willing to discuss additional client requirements.
