How the planning service works
Our service is based on a structured and comprehensive approach, enabling organizations to harness the power of AI for sustainable growth and success.

Discover phase: Initial consultation and assessment. We will run workshops and hold interviews to understand the business needs, challenges, infrastructure, and data. From this, we will conduct an assessment of the organisation's readiness for AI adoption, including the technical capabilities, data quality, and organisational culture.

Define phase: Strategy and framework development, and implementation planning.
We will develop a tailored AI strategy aligned with client's business goals and objectives, identifying potential AI use cases with high ROI along with the scope, timelines and resources for implementation. In parallel we will look at establishing a ethical and responsible AI framework to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks.

Develop phase: Implementation delivery.
We can iteratively deliver AI implementations to enable rapid deployment and proof of value, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business, technical, and governance.

Deliver phase: Collaborative test and transfer knowledge.
We can deliver validated solution based on our iterative designs and transfer knowledge and skills development to the client. We operate a continuous improvement model to ensure performance and continue onward development.

During the discovery phase, we will analyse the existing technical infrastructure and data landscape and understand what technology, infrastructure, and data is required to solve business challenges, where this data and infrastructure are located, who owns this and data/infrastructure access challenges/governance.

As part of the design phase we will investigate gaps in existing infrastructure and capabilities and see if new infrastructure is required or if migrating this data/infrastructure to the cloud if required and make recommendations in the architecture design as well as a data migration plan including any data cleansing work that needs to be completed.

During development we will perform any necessary cloud setup and migration in collaboration with the clients teams including legacy to cloud or cloud to cloud.

We understand that data quality and outputs from any AI technology is the cornerstone of driving business value from data/AI therefore it is core to our service offering and is analysed throughout the phases of the service.

Within discovery, we will work with the data experts in your organisation to understand the systemic errors within the data that they have seen; in design we will explore the data and profile it, reviewing these results with the data experts as well as designing AI implementations to reduce quality issues; in develop we will perform any cleansing necessary and implement validation rules and checks on the data and outputs as well as backtesting ensuring that future changes will not impact data quality or AI outputs; finally in deliver we will onboard your team to ensure future data quality and AI performance is maintained and during any continuous improvement phases continue to provide QA and performance testing.
