We provide consultancy services which will help clients understand the requirements, the risks , the implicit change or transformation needed for a successful cloud service as well as core project management services to help scope the delivery of the selected cloud application or service.
We use a range of standard approaches which can use various different methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2,and we can tailor the planning / implementation approach based on the client’s needs.
For example, one method which we use is a hybrid (agile and “waterfall”) approach built on experience of many deployments. After delivery of the Envisioning Phase, evolution of the Proof of Concept, Detailed Design and Development will utilise an Agile Design approach. Our approach will be adapted to fit with buyer’s methods where appropriate.
A key output from the Envisioning Phase will include a Roadmap that identifies the anticipated solution Releases and a Release Plan detailing the proposed number, duration and areas of focus of the design sprints required to support the next Release(s). - Planning service works with specific services

We will use one of our process SMEs to review the deployed processes, assess them for compliance with best practice, ensure there is consistency between all processes and alignment to the customer objectives and recommend changes and next steps.
Our approach to assurance is to:
1. Determine objectively the current level of confidence (e.g. risk exposure)
2. Identify practical steps to eliminate or mitigate the risks and improve overall quality assurance
