- How the training service works
- Health Systems Support designs, develops and delivers training expertise that bridges the gap between product design and end user acceptance. Our training support with configuration is predominately based on informal mentoring and 'working alongside’, as in most cases your EPR/ EHR vendor will provide training (although this does vary across vendors). Having worked on many projects from initial design through to post live, Health Systems Supports specialists are able to share the impact of decisions and give guidance on options and their outcomes. As our end user training design reflects your FSWs and is role based, following each roles patient pathway and workflow, we are able to front load the configuration with these principles- so training your analysts is organic with our specialists. Our Allscripts, Cerner, Epic, Meditech, Nervecentre, RiO, SystemC & SystmOne specialists, provide invaluable expertise at every stage. HSS's expertise ensures that any risks mitigated by training are captured. We have options, templates and PDP’s all ready to customise.
