99.9% of the Required Monthly Availability during Business Hours.

We offer the service credit available for each Subscription Tier as set forth below.

If We fail to meet the Required Monthly Availability, and per your written request, Parkable will issue You a service credit in an amount equal to the applicable service credit percentages set forth below for the corresponding
Services Availability Percentages for such Subscription Tier, based on the calculated or real total applicable subscription spend for that Applicable Monthly Period, where applicable subscription refers only to the subscription for the impacted service or services:

Approach to resilience
Parkable services (servers, database, task queues) are redundant and scaled automatically, as well as being backed up daily. The Google data centre is ISO-22301 certified.

Information security policies and processes
We use Secureframe to educate staff on security and communicate security policies. This tool allows us to ensure all employees have completed security training and accepted the policies in line with SOC2.

We use Kolide to ensure end user devices follow best practices and have latest software updates and virus/malware protection and appropriate firewalls.
